was born in 2008 and started its journey, believing that a better world is built from people and sport, with the pillars of respect and social commitment, in order to turn human development into a truly victorious project.
Since 2012, the Association has carried out the high-performance soccer training project for the basic categories. From there to here, 2 times Vice-Champion of Minas Gerais in the 1st division under-17 (2013 and 2018), several titles of Champion of the Interior, participation in BH Cups and Copa do Brasil under-17 and, most importantly: more than 1750 young people went through our process of sports and citizenship training.
In 2019, after a market opportunity and carrying out a business plan, the Association became a Professional Club and adopted your fancy name: Betim Futebol.
This year, the professional team of Betim Futebol played in the 2nd division of the Campeonato Mineiro, being Vice-Champion and conquering the access to Module II of this tournament.
In 2020, an atypical year due to the pandemic, it won third place in Module II, being just 1 point away from access to the First Division of the Mineiro Championship.
Betim Futebol projects athletes and professionals in big clubs in Brazil and Europe. It focuses on the formation of high-performance citizens, players and professionals.
As is the case with Fernando Santos. Revealed by Betim Futebol, he was traded to Palmeiras next to Shakhtar Donetsk (Ukraine) and is now an athlete for Red Bull Salzburg (Austria), participating in Champions League and Europa League games.
Strategic planning and its full monitoring by the Betim Board make the team an exponent of soccer in Minas Gerais.
The short-term plans include the optimization of infrastructure as well as access to the main series of Minas Gerais soccer and consequent participation in national competitions such as the Copa do Brasil and the Brazilian Championship.
Betim Futebol works with a lean management, operates the sports business with a lot of organization, structure and enthusiasm to make the club grow in soccer within the regional and Brazilian scenario.
