• The players basket can be changed at any time as it is defined by age, from 12 to 23 years old.

• The clubs of the mentioned athletes can be changed at any time as the rotation varies.

• The sending of tokens to the Solidarity program depends on the contract, payment of the buying club or negotiation between the clubs involved and, therefore, may vary.

• The token transfer deadline is variable due to logistical issues of the ecosystem.

• Actions that try to share dividends with buyers serve to give more liquidity to the Fan Token of Betim Futebol and are included in the documentation for illustrative purposes only.

  Betim Futebol will not have this obligation, but will have the prerogative to use these actions to generate more liquidity for the asset and make it more attractive to the market.
