# 2.  Lunes Blockchain

The Lunes Blockchain has its own infrastructure completely focused on security, where the **WAF** (Web application firewall) and the **BGP** (Border Gateway Protocol) are also their own - most projects outsource this part - and, to ensure the security of the network and from coding, we undergo constant audits.

For developers, the task of plugging into the network or creating a wallet or other application is easy, as we have [**simple and up-to-date documentation**](https://lunes-platform.github.io/telescope), in addition to a minimalist and constantly evolving **SDK** (Software Development Kit).

The size of the **Lunes Node** is much smaller and any type of implementation becomes a very simple task, compared to ETHEREUM, SOLANA, CARDANO and other networks.

Continuing in the development line, in a few lines of code, you can issue a token, not requiring advanced knowledge and it is possible to pay the network fee with the token created.

Fees are extremely cheap and affordable. Therefore, it is not necessary to apply other solutions to make the network fee cheaper and this closes a gap for possible failures.
